Vincent Kopinski, 91, of Morton Grove, beloved husband of Joan nee Boemmel; dear father of Cathy (Gil) Peters, Robert (Patricia), Diane (Larry) Paulausky and John (Carla); loving grandfather of Christina, Laura, Elizabeth, Emily and Holly; cherished great grandfather of Henry, Zoe, Paul and Lucas; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Vince loved his family, musicals, all sports and donuts. Visitation at Simkins Funeral Home 6251 Dempster St. Morton Grove, IL Thursday April 8th from 9:00 a.m. until departure for church at 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass 11:00 a.m. at St. Martha Church Auditorium 8523 Georgiana Ave. Morton Grove, IL. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
