Family and friends will meet at St. Jerome Catholic Church 1709 W. Lunt Ave. Chicago, IL 60626 on Saturday, January 2nd for a funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation at Simkins Funeral Home 6251 Dempster St. Morton Grove, IL 60053 on Friday, January 1st from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family Gofundme page appreciated.
