Myra Josephine (Yost/Bruner) Mehaffey, 89, passed away Sat. Nov 18, a sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, auntie, and friend to many. Beloved wife of the late John Bruner, Sr. and Edward Mehaffey. A loving sister to Al and Roger Yost. Cherished mother to Cindy Bruner McLean (Brian), John Bruner (Cindy), Patty Bruner (Robert) and Mark Mehaffey (Joyce). Grandmother to Sean, Lindsey (Keith), Dan (Emma), Tom (Jessica), Katie (David), Michael (Setivia), Michael (Kristine), Jessica (Derek), Will (Riley), Callie, Katie (Pascal), and Torie (Ryan). Great Grandmother to Keenan, Gabbi, Austin, Ashton, Adam, Khloe, Connor, Madison, Nora, Mira, Lucas, Juliana, Wyatt and Bryson. Memorial visitation at Simkins Funeral Home 6251 Dempster St. Morton Grove, IL Monday Nov. 27th from 4:00 p.m. until time of service at 7:00 p.m. Cremation held privately.
