Coulter, 97, of Morton Grove, beloved wife of the late Warren; loving mother of Marilyn (Al) Heinrich and Keith Coulter; dear grandmother of Kim (Tony) Stegich; cherished great grandmother of Tyler, Emily (fiance' Matt Lyons), and Allan Stegich; fond sister of the late Bud (Barbara) Carney.
