Laura Owens, 63, of Glenview, beloved wife of William; dear mother of Elizabeth "Lizzy" (Danial Berglund); preceded in death by her parents Wilfred and Mary Ann Klaus; loving sister of Linda (the late Frank) Larkin, Kathleen (Jim) Mantilla, Steven (Diane) Klaus and the late Michael Klaus; affectionately known as La-La to her many nieces and nephews. Visitation at Simkins Funeral Home 6251 Dempster St. Morton Grove Friday May 5th from 4 p.m. until time of service at 6:30 p.m. Cremation private.
