Faustino G. Zapata, 93, of Morton Grove, beloved husband of Engracia; loving father of Ruth Parciak, Faustino Jr. (Tara), and Olga (David) Kessler; dear grandfather of Adam, Lauren, Evan, Gabriella, and Mia; cherished uncle of Donny (Jacob) Moreno and Alfredo Moreno. Faustino worked as an electrician for 32 years for G. D. Searle, was an avid Cubs fan, and loved westerns. He was called "Dad" by many. Funeral from Simkins Funeral Home 6251 Dempster St. Morton Grove, IL 60053 on Tuesday, August 29th at 9:30 a.m. to St. Martha Church. Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
