David Prak, 37, of Morton Grove, beloved husband of Erin, nee Howard; loving father of Declan; dear son of Sarin and Singuon Prak and godson of John and Leslie Carpenter; fond brother of Mony Anderson, Britany (Steve) Miller, Elizabeth Carpenter, Marie Louise (Noah) Stalions and the late Andrew; son in law of Hon. Garritt and Barbara Howard and brother in law of Kerry (Chris) Siefer, Martin (Sarah) Howard and Patrick Howard. Funeral from Simkins Funeral Home 6251 Dempster St. Morton Grove Tuesday 9:30 am to St. John Brebeuf Church 8307 Harlem Ave. Niles, IL for 10 am Mass. Interment Maryhill Cemetery. Visitation Monday 3 to 9 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Declan's education fund appreciated.
