Dr. Terence Lee Prevendar, born October 20, 1944 in Albuquerque N.M., and passed away peacefully in his condo on March 12, 2024 in Glenview IL. Devoted multi-skilled dentist. Attended Proviso East H.S. in Maywood IL. Graduated from the Loyola Chicago School of Dentistry. Naval veteran of the Vietnam War, stationed in Japan. Survived by two children Jill and Alan Prevendar. Avid downhill skier, scuba diver and cyclist. Member of Chicago Hustlers Ski Club. Inventor of Perlistor mouth care and Stasipaste which stopped post procedure bleeding. Preceded in death by parents Joseph and Cecelia Prevendar and sister Denice Spooner.
