Simion "Nelu" Gabor, 54, of Morton Grove for 24 years, born in Romania, beloved husband of Maria; loving father of Alexandra; dear son of Simion and Ileana; fond brother of Geta (Grigore) Stretea; cherished uncle of many. Simion was blessed with the family from Maria's side, his in-laws, the Albu, Konar, Pepelea, Roiban, Villasenor, and Vlad families. Among a second family, Dorina Scaunas and her family, along with Constantin Izvanariu that remain a constant source of love, companionship, and support to the family left behind.
