Marilyn (Finke)
Hogan
November 27, 1944 – January 1, 2026
Marilyn Hogan, nee Finke, beloved wife of Daniel, passed away peacefully on Jan 1, 2026 surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on November 27,1944 to Werner and Agnes Finke, nee Nellessen. On May 1,1965 she married her high school sweetheart Daniel and together they built a beautiful family. Their life was full of adventure. Whether road tripping in their corvette, enjoying time at her parents' lake home in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, or travelling for softball tournaments or with friends, she always lived life to the fullest. If there was a dance floor, you would find her on it! She was extremely successful in her career as an accountant and loved what she did until her retirement at age 73. Marilyn was an avid gardener and enjoyed being active throughout her life. Some of her most cherished activities included slow-pitch softball, bowling, cheering on her grandchildren in their activities and in her later years, golfing as much as possible. She was completely and fiercely devoted to her family and many friends. She is survived by her husband of 60 years and her children, Gina Hogan, Jodi (Darren) Decatoire and Todd (Shark Park) Hogan. She was the devoted grandmother of William IV, Daniel and Gianna Hogan and Nicholas, Benjamin and Sophia Decatoire and dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Joyce (Donald) Borre. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to a Dementia or Aphasia organization of your choice. At her request, interment will be private. Thank you for your support during this difficult time.
