Margot Emma Fortman, nee Koch, a long time Morton Grove resident passed away on December 20th at Robin Way Assisted Living in Kenosha, Wisconsin. She was 98 years old.

A memorial service will be held on Monday December 29th at Simkin's Funeral Home 6251 Dempster St, Morton Grove, IL 60053. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Internment is immediately after at St Henry Cemetery, Rogers Park.

Margot "Marge" was born November 1, 1927 in Chicago, Il. to Joseph and O'Tillie, nee Bohm Koch. Marge was an AT&T employee prior to her marriage to Fred J. Fortman in January, 1948.

Marge is survived by her brother Edgar Koch, her children Fred, Nancy, Christine Headley, Linda Miller, MaryAnn Conner, Michael, Carol Blaszynski and Ronald. She was a grandmother to 19 and a great-grandmother to 16.

Marge was proceeded in death by her parents and husband.
