Jean Waugh Keay nee Latz, beloved wife of the late Valette Waugh and William Keay; dear mother of Jeffrey Waugh and the late Kenneth Waugh; fond sister of Dolores Terlap; loving aunt of Renee Jaegers, Michelle Bellito, Gregory Waugh and Lori Schroeder. Burial will be held privately at North Shore Garden of Memories in North Chicago.
