Edward J. Kraus, 74, of Byron, IL formerly of Niles. Beloved son of the late Frances and Raymond, Captain of the ship Chippewa out of Chicago, 1965 graduate of Notre Dame High School, retired mechanic for United Air Lines. Ed was an avid outdoorsman and deer hunter. All services held privately.
